Rev. Matthew Lundgren
Matt Lundgren has over 25 years of experience in Youth Development, Business and Nonprofit management. He currently serves as the Executive Director of Billings Leadership Foundation, Friendship House of Christian Service, and Montana Rescue Mission. His achievements include operating and growing multiple businesses, including securing over $4,000,000 in funding for Friendship House.
In the past he taught High School English, served as an Instructor at a Bible College, directed an Area for Young Life, and pastored several Churches.
His goal is to unite all nonprofit organizations in Billings that work on improving our community, and help them achieve their goals while supporting each other.
Two are better off than one, because together they can work more effectively. If one of them falls down, the other can help him up.
There are more needs in our community than any one organization can address. We welcome other nonprofit organizations to join us on our journey of serving people and saving lives.
Robert has nearly 20 years of experience across multiple industries in finance, accounting, business analytics, and operations, with 10+ of these years managing, coaching, and leading teams. He then expanded his career into the Software Industry, working as a Senior Financial Analyst, and more recently as a Reporting and Analysis Manager for a Software company in sunny California. Missing the cold winters in Montana, Robert set out with his wife, Janet, and 2 children, Karli and Jagger to fulfill his strong calling to serve in a Christian nonprofit organization, and to devote his time and experience to give back to the community.
